To the Cho, From the Cho

Rainy day in Osaka!

Not to mention I had to wake up at 6:20. Damn my schedule. Working from 12:30 on most days and then randomly from 8:20 on weekends really fucks with my genki.

But anyway, as I have mentioned like 800 times already on twitter, I am moving! So next Saturday I'll make the beautiful flight from the Cho! I'm so excited! Before I get there and moving in and planning what to do with my new place, though, I thought I would post some pictures of the Dungeon, as some of my coworkers call it.

Granted, these were taken when I moved in, so it's clean and empty. And I contrasted/brightened the fuck out of them because this place is hella dim. :D

First, two lovely ladies that showed me around on my first night here in Osaka.
Posing with the scented toilet paper.

My view  from the sofa and the TV corner.

Into the kitchen, which is perpetually dark and cold.

The couch which is  now covered in clothes. In fact this side of the room
no longer exists.

Lovely gift from my deary Jiroko when I moved in. <3

Scary hallway in which I often imagine myself being chased by crazies.

View from my balcony. Yay! :D

Actually doesn't look like complete shit in pictures, but still the place I'm moving is so much better. And so damn convenient. And while we're getting caught up...

My second Day #2 work coordinate photo, because Day #1 was super boring and conservative.
That shirt is already kind of worn out, believe it or not. (All Forever21.)

Well, there you have it.

Oh yeah. And today was crazy bun day. Cheers!

NOT DEAD YET

So, I know it pretty much seems like I'm dead here, but I'm not. I just don't know what to do. I kind of got behind on updating and then it seemed too daunting to catch up. This past week I sort of started updating my LJ again in a really easy-going manner. I don't know why, but I feel for some reason that my blogspot needs a nicer presentation, whereas I can just slap anything onto my LJ. I guess I just need to get over that.

Anyway, Osaka is hoppin'. Or at least I am. It seems like I'm always busy here. I guess its just a big change compared to my quiet US life, and even when I was in Tokyo.

But I'm not gone! And I will catch up on a lot of things as soon as I think of a way to do it.

My LJ (mind, it's somewhat friends only) → mynameisdish

To meet a friend in Umeda last Wednesday.

I am moving soon to an apartment in Umeda, where I will have some yummy natural lighting and a full-length mirror, so cheers!
